By accessing or using any TDWA website, platform, service, course, portal, application, or digital content (collectively "Services"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

TDWA is an educational network offering academic support, tutoring, digital learning content, skills development, and related educational services through online and offline platforms.

You may use the Services only if you:

• Are at least 13 years old (minors require parental consent),
• Have legal capacity to enter a contract, and
• Use the Services in compliance with all applicable laws in your country.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information,
• Keep your login details secure,
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account.

TDWA may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Users agree not to:

• Use TDWA content for unlawful purposes,
• Access or attempt to access secure or restricted areas without authorization,
• Copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any TDWA materials without permission,
• Upload harmful, abusive, or malicious content.

TDWA grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Services for personal, educational use only.

All TDWA materials—including lessons, videos, notes, graphics, logos, branding, digital products, and software—are protected by copyright and intellectual-property laws.

You may not reproduce or distribute TDWA content without written permission.

Some TDWA services, courses, or digital content may require payment. By purchasing, you agree to:

• Provide valid and authorized payment details
• Pay all fees when due
• Accept that fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated

TDWA may update pricing from time to time.

Access to TDWA Learning Hub (Students & Tutors Portal) and TDWA Ascend Hub (Staff Portal) is restricted to verified members. Users must:

• Keep login credentials confidential
• Not share accounts
• Use the portals strictly for academic or work-related purposes

Unauthorized access will result in immediate suspension.

TDWA may integrate third-party tools (e.g., YouTube, payment gateways, communication apps). We are not responsible for:

• Third-party content
• Third-party policies
• Downtime or errors caused by external services

Users must comply with the third-party's terms as well.

Your personal information is handled in accordance with:

• TDWA Privacy Policy
• South Africa's POPIA Act
• Any other applicable data protection laws

TDWA collects and processes data to provide and improve Services. We do not sell your personal data.

By using TDWA Services, you agree to receive updates, notifications, academic alerts, marketing materials (optional), and administrative messages.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time.

You agree not to engage in:

• Academic dishonesty
• Harassment or abusive behaviour
• Disrupting TDWA platforms
• Using bots, scrapers, or unauthorized automation
• Uploading viruses or harmful files
• Impersonating TDWA staff or students

Violation may result in account termination or legal action.

TDWA reserves the right to revoke certificates, badges, or academic recognition if:

• Fraud or misconduct is discovered
• Coursework was invalid
• Payments were reversed or fraudulent

TDWA may suspend or terminate access if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Misuse TDWA content or portals
• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent behavior
• Threaten TDWA's security or reputation

We may also suspend Services for maintenance or system upgrades.

TDWA Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee:

• Error-free platforms
• Continuous availability
• Perfect accuracy of educational content
• That Services will meet all your expectations

You use TDWA at your own risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TDWA is not liable for any:

• Loss of profits
• Academic results
• Business interruptions
• Data loss
• Damages from using or failing to use the Services

TDWA may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Services means acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of: South Africa (RSA)

Any disputes must be resolved in South African courts.
