How long does it take to receive my invoice?

We process invoice requests within 1-2 business days. You'll receive the invoice as a PDF attachment via email once it's ready.

Can I request an invoice for previous payments?

Yes, you can request invoices for previous payments. Please provide as much detail as possible about the payment in the service description field.

What payment methods are currently available?

While our online payment system is under maintenance, we're accepting:

  • Telephone payments
  • In-person payments at our campus
  • Bank transfers

Please contact our finance department for bank transfer details.

Do you include VAT on invoices?

Yes, all our invoices include VAT where applicable. The VAT amount will be clearly itemized on your invoice.

What if I need to correct information on my invoice?

If you need to correct any information on your invoice, please contact our finance team at finance@tdwa.co.za as soon as possible. We'll issue a corrected invoice for you.
