Academic Help

How do I access my course materials?

Once logged in, go to the My Courses section. You will find all your registered modules, study guides, and learning resources.

Does TDWA offer tutor support or extra classes?

Yes. TDWA provides extra academic support through The Dark Warrior Academy Brain Gym. Tutors are available for selected subjects.

How do I contact my instructor or tutor?

Each course includes instructor contact details or communication portals. You can send inquiries directly through the student dashboard.

Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes, upon successful completion of your program and meeting all requirements, you will receive an official TDWA certificate.

Billing Questions

What payment methods does TDWA accept?

We accept EFT, credit/debit cards, and approved mobile payment platforms. Full details are available during checkout.

Can I pay my fees in installments?

Yes, TDWA offers flexible payment plans for selected courses. Contact our Finance Department for installment arrangements.

I made a payment but it does not reflect on my portal.

Payments may take 24–48 hours to process. If it still does not reflect, email proof of payment to finance@tdwalearninghub.co.za.

Are refunds available if I cancel my application?

Refunds follow TDWA's Refund Policy. Refund eligibility depends on the timing of your cancellation and the course type.
